Prompted by a series of threads about SnowRunner by @welshpixie, meditating then postponing the pain of investigating how much non-free thingies I would need to stuff (or not) into my computer in order to play it, I decided to try and make my old ps3 controller work with my PC through a very old bluetooth dongle I had on a drawer. Luckily (a few hours later) it worked and I played for hours what may be the great-grandfather of that game, driving a truck all over Japan.

Also, I played that game being a kid, and just yesterday found out that clicking on F2 the game would be in English (!!!). Finally I understood everything and got a lot of game mechanics I was missing, like buying parts (extra fuel tanks, radio, turbo (!!), bigger lights...), drinking coffee to avoid fatigue... so it's been really exciting. Even with that minuscule 12-bar melody repeated for hours. 😁
