We're getting a quote from a local solar company for a full suite of panels and a battery and installation and everything. It'll be roughly enough to power us through the day then for a few hours after the sun goes down, with maybe the occasional dip back onto the grid when needed.

Then we take that quote to the home loan people and they increase the loan to pay to the solar people to cover it.
