   I bought a dehydrator, I haven't even gotten it yet but I already found five things in my fridge and freezer I want to dehydrate

     It is here! It is very large!! And loud! I'm doing a variety of non-smelly things first, just to get a sense of things (also apple slices, not pictured)

     Apples are the first out! They came out great. You can see the shrinkage and also that I ate a bunch before they were even done.

     I snagged an apple slice early and it's so good. The diluted lemon juice wash kept the color really fresh
