   Perdón por el desconocimiento, me estoy acercando a la cocina tradicional. ¿En que momento del proceso de preparación de la paella se agrega el ketchup?

     En cuanto estén bien hechos el pimiento, la cebolla y la piña. Cuando empiece a hervir ya puedes meter el arroz Brillante.

     Cuando todo lo demás está doradito. Le pones bien de ketchup y esperas a que hierva, entonces va el arroz de grano largo. Es importante moverlo constantemente para que no se pegue a la paellera.
