  @benoit @matt 'Cause the absolute number also matters to material reality? I would blame the company for not planning salaries accordingly instead.

  @benoit Been there. Got a pay rise and because it brought me into the next tax bracket, it actually meant I started earning less (until my next pay rise) 🥲
