     I can confirm that, it runs with Proton.

     Not sure, but I also got Aliens : Fireteam Elite (2021) running with Proton . I will reinstall it and give feedback.

     @keadamander This game seems more like an FPS... while Alien Isolation is a horror-scifi centered around Ripley, just like the original Alien.
