      Yep clearly related to new kernel not disabling the port while it was disabled on previous kernel.

      Well at least it's nice to see new features. 🙃

      After rebooting my desktop to newest kernel (ArchLinux), I noticed a new machine on my router. It's actually an AMD management thing enabled on the CPU, DASH. It was not before. Probably kernel gaining the feature... But should not be related to since it's out of band management... Weird, will have a look.
