📍Para este caso tengan en cuenta la brecha digital de la isla, el poco dominio de Internet por muchos usuarios, las dificultades de acceso a servicios pagos y las restricciones a varios servicios en general. Tampoco olviden que el único proveedor de Internet que tenemos pertenece al Estado, y que el Estado mismo ha invertido en capacidades de cibervigilancia en los últimos años ⚠️

In this case, take into account the island's digital gap, the poor domain of the Internet by many users, the difficulties of accessing payments and restrictions on several services in general.
