    @alpine_thistle @hisham_hm On the other side there is a mix of #OpenSourceInitiative / #OSI and its followers, but also some which incorrectly label things as "open". #OSI supports #DigitalHandcuffs such as #DigitalRestrictionsManagement / #DRM and #RestrictedBoot ( e.g. some #Android and modern computers have it), FSF doesn't. #OpenSource is a development method favoring lax / non-copyleft licenses and so sacrificing freedom of the software. FSF accepts #SecureBoot.

    Just to follow up on the recent post about ethical phone makers @Fairphone , a number of people asked if there was a more ethical OS on it too.

    Fairphone comes with stock Google Android by default, but
    Fairphone also make their own de-googlised version of Android called Fairphone Open:

    ¿Alguien sabe si es posible acceder a directorios restringidos en el teléfono desde un PC?

    Es decir, hay un directorio de la tarjeta SD normal, no de la externa, que es /data y que dentro tiene más cosas.
    No lo puedo ver desde #kdeconnect ni conectando por cable USB vía MTP.

    #Amaze por ejemplo me lo ve en modo root, pero quisiera acceder desde el PC.

    Astuce : Supprimer des applis systèmes #Android sans Root💡

    - Activer les options développeur
    - Activer le débogage USB (USB Debugging)
    - Connecter à un ordi muni du paquet ADB

    Dans le terminal 💻
    - adb shell
    - pm list packages (ou chercher sur Google Play le nom du package)
    - pm uninstall -k --user 0 nom.package

    Et voilà 👌
