El lema del #fediverso esta haciendo agua por todas partes y desde hace algun tiempo ya.

Todavia recuerdo los primeros tiempos en que la bandera de combate era: Por un fediverso para todos y con todos.

Y cuando aparecio #Friendica que enlaza y federa con cuanta red y API abierta, simplemente era como que el objetivo se hubiera conseguido. Fue tal el fenomeno, que en sus mejores tiempos podias conectar practicamente TODAS tus cuentas (desde el puto #Twitter y creo que hasta el puto #Facebook tambien)...

Pero con todo, el fediverso no conseguia despertar el interes de las masas. En sus mejores momentos llego a rosar el millon de cuentas o algo asi. Creo que muchos no fueron lo suficientemente realistas para reconocer (y todavia hoy lo siguen siendo), que una buena proporcion de las cuentas, que pululan en todas las sub-redes sociales del fediverso no son reales: ¿cuantos de nosotros tiene al menos unas 2, 3, 4, 5... y por ahi eh visto usuarios con hasta 10 cuentas? ¿cuantas cuentas falsas y bots existen, 10%, 20%?

Y ahora con la nueva y restrictiva politica de #Mastodon vemos ver un retroceso duro hacia la marginacion, la exclusion de minorias unicamente porque quieren ahorrar unas cuantas lineas de codigo.

No entiendo porque existe la conviccion de seguir ese camino. Al menos podrian crear un sistema algo mas modular, que permitiera añadirle extensiones/plugins a quienes voluntariamente quieran federar con mas sub-redes.
