    Flare: Free/Libre Action Roleplaying Engine

    Flare is an open source, 2D action RPG licensed under the GPL3 license. Its game play can be likened to the games in the Diablo series.

    While the core engine is written in C++ with SDL2, there is an easy to use modding interface. Using the modding interface, it’s possible to create entirely new games. On the Mods page, you can find games made by the Flare team, as well a few select community projects. For more information on creating your own mods, see the Modding section of the Get Involved page.

    Tras años incumpliendo con la #GPL, #Tesla libera el código fuente de algunas de sus tecnologías

    Puede que Tesla Motors sea una de las empresas más alabadas de los últimos años por sus increíbles avances en la tecnología automotriz, pero entre la comunidad open source no los tienen precisamente en alta estima.

    La empresa de Elon Musk ha aprovechado por años plataformas abiertas como Linux y BusyBox para construir la plataforma de sus coches, y hasta ahora nunca habían liberado el código fuente como lo exigen las licencias GPL. La buena noticias es que acaban de dar un paso adelante.

    En su página de GitHub, Tesla ha publicado dos repositorios con el código fuente que construye la imagen del sistema de piloto automático, y los kernels para las placas del Autopilot y el sistema basado en NVIDIA Tegra que usan el Model S y el Model X.

    @zagur ... estoy algo de acuerdo @ekaitzzarraga , durante mucho tiempo he adoptado el tono 'moralista' en mi discurso...

    Sin embargo, he aprendido... que eso no hacía más que lograr el efecto contrario... al deseado : alejar de mí a aquellos con los que quería compartir ... eso mismo.

    Prefiriendo #GPL , siento que la #MIT  tiene algo muy práctico... que es que sirve para tender "puentes" ?
