Para llegar a este formulario desde la app de Instagram en el móvil, podéis acceder de la siguiente manera.

Vais a la pestaña de vuestro perfil. Arriba a la derecha tenéis un menú con tres rayas. Pulsáis.

Os vais abajo del todo. Hay una sección que pone: Más información y ayuda.

Le dais a "Información" --> Política de privacidad.

Os saldrá un recuadro de que van a actualizar la política de privacidad y "más información sobre tu derecho a oponerte". Pulsáis en ese enlace destacado en las palabras.

Completáis el breve formulario (poned Spain, España no lo pilla a pesar de que es lo que sugiere). Vale con poner algo así como "No quiero que se utilicen mis fotos y comentarios personales". Y al poco os llegará un correo con código de confirmación para enviar la solicitud.

Al ratito me ha llegado un correo diciendo que aceptaban mi solicitud.

Pues resulta que #Instagram va a utilizar ahora toda la información que publiques en ella (fotos, comentarios, pies de foto) para entrenar la IA de Meta (es decir, Facebook).

Y bueno, te puedes oponer, si te enteras y rellenas un formulario escondido y con errores (hay que poner Spain en vez de España que es lo que sugiere el desplegable).

Y, aún oponiéndote, si otra persona comparte tu contenido y no se ha opuesto, lo utilizarán 🙄🙄

Total, que estoy tardando en borrarme Instagram... 🙄😅
