When I was doing the #ScuttleButt / https://manyver.se post for switching.social, noticed that one of the first people to follow the freshly-made Manyverse twitter account was Tim Berners-Lee.

He doesn't follow that many accounts, so perhaps this shows he is thinking about a Scuttlebutt-style social network?

There was a lot of interest in #ScuttleButt, so should also mention the messaging app #Briar:

The social network #ScuttleButt is unusual:

-You can view and post messages while offline. It updates when a connection is next available.

-It optionally supports #MeshNetworks, so you can connect to others without the internet.

It's still quite tricky to use, but a new app called #ManyVerse is trying to make it easier:
