Actual logic and actual argumentation is hard. Using logic and argumentation in defense of being nice to people is harder still.

Doesn't mean they're not worthwhile endeavors, just that you're probably doing it wrong.

(For the record, I'm a "Logical" guy who's recovering from his own hubris, and learning to be nicer to people. This article absolutely applies to a younger, more foolish Daveling.)

Mexican oregano, and lots of it.
A clove or two (three? Dare ya!) of fresh garlic, pasted.
1 can of freshly drained can Cannellini beans.
Frozen roasted red chile. to taste.

Don't let the grocery stores define taste, that shit is just a canvas for expression.

And don't forget to salt the water. Very important to season the pasta.

Today I prepped row 6 in the garden. I'd say about 15 feet of it had been taken over by crabgrass due to questionable decisions by the former owners, but some effort over the next few years should get it clean.

We trenched down 3 feet last year and packed with horse manure. That's composted and now my dry-ass sandy New Mexico soil looks like Amazon loam. Next week we plant sugar peas and start digging up another row.

Oy my aching back.
