Oh shit. There goes the planet.

A Backwards-Door is a place where a shadow falls especially deep, or a corner turn is much sharper than expected. It's possible to enter such a door with eyes closed, but far easier to turn around and walk backwards, hence the name.

Backwards-doors may have once held ancient predators, but often now are deserted. The wry observation is that humans are now more horrible than any monster that has hidden in such places.

So you take caramelized onions and wrap little teaspoons in pizza dough, and bake in a pie tray with a ramekin in the center to make a well. Take out once risen, brushvwith butter, plop a round of brie in the center, then return to the oven until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.

Eat in one sitting.

@Xyc0 Ouch. Tennis balls and home-sewn bean bags might be the best solution. Or hardware stores sometimes have weird shit that's jugglable.
