Hm, again, potentially. I don't speak French and frankly the site is alienating me by not being able to filter by language. I'm having a hard time finding any video I understand, let alone one I'm interested in.

First peertube experience: my video is being transcoded on the server since over 14 hours now 🙄

Really, if it's always like that it's no wonder you can't find any interesting content over there.

Yes, you could solve this with bash and some string-magic as well. I'm actually moving away from that solution though, as the plan is to get a bit more integrated with the Docker API.

You want to sync & pause containers before taking their data snapshot in some cases, for example.

Also Docker offering multiple kinds of mounts / binds makes things a lot more complicated than they needed be.

Let's try this! I'll do a quick live hacking session on a little docker backup tool in #golang.

Nice! I also got the entire 6.3 package sitting here, and somewhere there ought to be the 5.0 release as well. I think those were the last releases I actually paid for though. I pretty much switched to Debian around that time.

In 1994 blank CD-Rs were about $30 a pop. A pack of 10 of them? Way above $200 😆

They didn't drop to $3 per disc until the end of the 90s.
