MSG is safe, you will have some in your bloodstream whether or not you eat MSG as MSG, Glutamic Acid is at equilebrium with MonoSodium Glutamate, the LD50 is much higher than that of other stuff you find in the same food, and the sensitivity many have reportedly had has been shown to be placebo, they see a scary scientific name and they think it is toxic thus they actually get symptoms.

There are many foods that naturally have high levels of MSG that dwarf that added and people who say they are sensitive eat them with no effect.
