Dear folks on bsd.network,

Please absolutely invite your friends who want to try life away from Twitter. You can all create your own invites (anyone is welcome! We post heavily about hobbies and the arts and social issues, so it can still be a nice starter instance for folks who don't care about the theme but want to meet people).

But please link them the TOS, make it clear that we are an intentionally inclusive space and have real rules and moderation, make sure you actually understand what you're inviting them to join and that you're willing to stake your own reputation on their behavior.
