For editing docs online, I know Collabora and OnlyOffice; both of them can be installed in Nextcloud, which would give you the "drive" replacement.
I know you can get free Nexcloud accounts at several providers (check their page), but you know, if you really want privacy, self-hosting would be better.
If that is not an option, I know there are apps that let you encrypt the documents before sending them to your Nextcloud account. -

Acabo de ver una captura que contenía un diálogo de dos cuentas de mastodon, pero en realidad era un RT de twitter que otra cuenta de twitter ha crossposteado al #Fediverso.
Hasta que no rompáis el internet, no vais a parar, ¿no? 😂 -

@mxtthxw That's the way I do it; after more than for years in my single-user instance, I've followed more that 400 accounts that I've found interesting (at some time, and I've unfollowed if not).
Somehow, using a relay seems to me like being in a "consumer mode": give me contents!! The way I do it, though being slower, it's more enjoyable :) -

Fediverse server admins: have you considered putting a limit on the number of people that can join your instance?
If not, please do.
(This should really be a feature in fediverse servers like Mastodon, etc. “Max occupancy” or something with an auto-shutoff when it’s reached.)
Remember, small is beautiful ;)
If nothing else, I’m sure none of you want to become mini Zuckerbergs or Musks – eww – so let’s make sure we set the right incentives from the start.
