Someone had to make an effort to exclude disabled people in a workplace. And also, if you see disabled people? Lots of people had to make an effort to make it safe and accessible. There had to be transportation, accommodations, continual support from management AND HR AND co-workers. Not to say it's still not difficult. Just to say: it took pro-person, pro-worker infrastructure that is in place.

@sydneyfalk Okay, but say, logical positivism isn't a religion. Humanism isn't a religion. Utilitarianism isn't a religion. And not all of those are even atheistic. Just saying, not all beliefs or even belief systems are religions because there's more to a religion than one defining belief, especially if it's a mere rejection of one very broad belief. I don't hate the religious simply because I know what words mean.
