So, France's Constitutional Court approved capitalism-extremist Macron's dictatorial pushing through legislation deteriorating pensions over the people of France without allowing a vote of Parliament.
Well, no shit. It is "constitutional", just that the "constitution" that once inspired e.g. the constitution of USA actually does allow for dictatorialism.
That was never the question. -

Paradoxically, crypto-fascist Marine Le Pen announces they will file a motion of no-confidence in (to depose) the Macron government.
As usual with authoritarians, "it's only okay when w̲e̲ do it" is a core principle.

Authoritarian-Capitalist Macron's government forces through the immensely unpopular pensions deterioration by simply ignoring parliament entirely and decreeing it law using article 49 paragraph 3 of France's constitution.
The only way to reject this de facto dictatorial act now is for Parliament to depose the government. -

Also the leftist/far-left democratic socialist "France Unbowed" (La France Insoumise) say they will call for a vote of no-confidence in the authoritarian-capitalist Macron-government over the dictatorial forcing of pensions deterioration by disregarding parliament.

Reuters reported on the people's defence against the dictatorial act of economic violence yesterday by the chaos-causing authoritarian-capitalist Macron-government that 'Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said some 310 people had been arrested by police and he promised to crack down on trouble-makers.
"Opposition is legitimate, protests are legitimate but causing mayhem is not," he told RTL radio.'

• "Students walk past a graffiti that reads, "strike, blocking, sabotage" at the closed Nanterre university, outside Paris, Friday, march 17, 2023."

mass revolt"The authoritarian-capitalist Macron-government absurdly claimed its dictatorial act of decreeing pensions deterioration without allowing parliament to vote was "in defence of democracy" due to a political deadlock over its economic violence proposal.

The authoritarian-capitalist Macron-government passed the no-confidence votes with a margin of just 9 votes, out of 577, after reports of harsh conformity whipping to allow for a continuation of the chaos-regime after it pushed through pensions deterioration rejected by two thirds of the populace by simply bypassing parliament by decree, a.k.a. the "dictat" of the word "dictatorship".
If Macron has any shred of decency there will now be an immediate resignation because this all shows the government has no actual mandate,
so it won't because Macron hasn't. -
