Or maybe you're perturbed that Turkey's Sunni "jihadist" forces and pals took your imperialist power projection consulate in Aleppo (3-4 hours ago, but I saw no reason to mention it until now)?
A view of Aleppo this evening showing smoke rising from the airstrikes. I've only heard of Russia doing airstrikes there now, so presumably all theirs.
I have seen several mass-fatalities out of which some appear to have been civilians, but most appeared to be groups of Turkey's "jihadist" auxiliaries or the rebranded regional al-Qaeda. At least two of that grouping also appear to have tried to attack Şêx Maqsud but were seemingly fatally shot during combat by defenders which seemed to be YPG together with local residents.
The SDF (YPG, YPJ, etc) reportedly decided to leave Aleppo's airport because they needed to prioritize protecting the many civilians in the neighborhoods defended by them, both previous residents and newcomers.
The forces of al-Assad's regime are withdrawing also from Hama now and "very likely in the next few hours the city Hama will be under the control of Tahrir al-Sham [rebranded regional al-Qaeda] which is affiliated with Turkey's government", according to Aryen TV.
Refugees of Turkey's "jihadist" auxiliaries conquering Aleppo with rebranded regional al-Qaeda have arrived at Qamişlo in the autonomous North and East Syria ("Rojava").
Apparently Russia's troops fled at Khan Shaykhun (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khan_Shaykhun). This about the same time as a rumor that the commander of Russia's forces in Syria had been fired (unconfirmed!), so that rumor could lead to desertion I suppose.
Reportedly in the operations room of Idlib for the rebranded regional al-Qaeda's current assault, they have a flag of the fascist global terror-organization "Grey Wolves", which is of the party MHP in Turkey backing Erdoğan's dictatorship project. Their main ideology is pan-Turkism to conquer and ethnically cleanse all areas where Turkic peoples migrated through to get from north of current China to current Turkey, while in addition to pan-Turkism also wanting to reconquer all of the former Ottoman Empire (Greece, Balkans, MENA). Their terror-attacks on every inhabited continent included most widely known the attack against a Pope which became the reason why Popes since then use the "Popemobile" to stand in bullet-protecting glass.
That picture has also been posted by "nationalist" accounts in Turkey and much celebrated by those aggressive racism groups.
From @YPJ_Info (elsewhere), part 1 of 2: ───── What is happening in NW Syria? Operation "Dawn of Freedom" and the SNA / Turkish mercenaries
In the past few days media from Europe have recalled on images of the beginning of the Syrian revolution / civil war in comparison to now, simply calling the current events 'clashes between rebels or freedom fighters and the Syrian regime'. Yesterday we provided some information on HTS, today we will share some information on the SNA and Syrian Free Army because SNA (Syrian National Army or Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army) militias have been fighting alongside and in accordance with the HTS offensive in Idlib and Aleppo and SNA yesterday officially announced the operation "Dawn of Freedom". ─────
"Heavy clashes erupted on Sunday between Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka the Syrian National Army (SNA), and Kurdish forces in areas of the northern countryside of Aleppo" https://npasyria.com/en/118911/ Well, they're not just "Kurdish" and that is important, foundational even.
People now flee from areas of Halep/Halab/Aleppo held by bloody dictator al-Assad's regime as those are being conquered by imperialist invader Erdoğan's auxiliaries with rebranded "former" regional al-Qaeda, to instead get to the security of the neighborhoods Şêxmaqsud and Eşrefiye of the same city which are secured by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) of the autonomous North and East Syria (initially named "Rojava"):
The residents of the neighborhoods Şêx Maqsud and Eşrefiye which are of the autonomous North and East Syria ("Rojava") inside Halep/Halab/Aleppo self-organize to defend against the probable attack by Erdoğan's "jihadist" auxiliaries (out of which many still wear ISIL/Daesh-patches alongside Turkey's flag-patches after being having been in ISIL before joining Turkey's auxiliaries when ISIL was territorially defeated) and rebranded regional al-Qaeda, now conquering al-Addad's areas first.
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF, the alliance of autonomous North and East Syria, which includes YPJ and YPG) has also said they are prepared to defend if they are attacked, while since Şêx Maqsud and Eşrefiye are exclaves in Aleppo, that may be difficult.
───── The ongoing conflict in Aleppo may seem like a proxy war between Turkey-backed and Iran-backed groups, but the real danger lies in the systematic targeting of diverse cities like Aleppo. This war threatens its rich social fabric and pluralistic identity. What’s even more alarming is the targeting of Kurdish IDP ["Internally Displaced People" ≈ internal refugees] camps and their regions, forcing further displacement. These actions deepen fractures in the region, endangering coexistence and the cultural mosaic of Syria’s most diverse city. ───── Ilham Ahmad, Co-chair of the Foreign Relations Department in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (a.k.a. "Rojava") https://npasyria.com/en/118920/
'Turkey Expresses Concern Over Northwest Syria Amid Gains by Turkish-Backed Factions [...] In a statement, Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesperson Oncu Keçili said, “We are closely monitoring the recent developments in northwest Syria, as they directly concern Syria’s unity and territorial integrity.” [...] “Ensuring stability in Idlib and adjacent areas at the zero point of our border remains a critical issue for Turkey,” he said. [...] As HTS and Turkish-backed factions consolidate their gains, Turkey’s statements of concern will likely be scrutinized for their apparent contradictions. The situation remains precarious, with the potential for further escalation in the coming days.' https://npasyria.com/en/118806/ Noooo shit. Issuing a "we're concerned"-style statement regarding YOUR OWN "jihadist" forces going on a conquest in a city with about 2 million residents is... exceptionally nuts.
