I hadn't received the new email either, and I was just about to open a ticket to the hosting provider. Then I had the idea of looking around in cPanel for anything related to spam and I found some "SpamExperts" thing, which had a quarantine, and inside were the confirmation emails and also the one you sent. I don't know much about them because I clicked "release from quarantine" thinking they would be routed to my inbox but they just disappeared.
Anyway, I disabled that filter because I'm not going to login to cPanel every day just to check for possibly missing emails.
And I'm in the process of migration to a better provider anyway.

9 hours later, I still hadn't received any email. Then I changed the address and got one right away.
Now I'm worried, because the initial one was my main email address. What if there's something wrong with it? What if I'm missing other important emails? 😕
