We have wrote an article about the first few days experience /w Mastodon. The biggest challenge so far has been striking a balance with freedom of speech and the federation's rules. As a traditional web host we have always taken FOS seriously. Of course the public safety aspect of Mastodon is why it is successful. We feel we have found a great solution with our 'harm reduction' path. Please give me feedback. We are trying to find a balance for our customers.
