@codewiz I wanted a physical copy of this book but it's been out of print for years and ebay prices are absurd, so I made a dummy account on Lulu, uploaded the pdf as a prototype of my own "book," then ordered a single test print copy for like $10. I love having a physical copy of this book.

@codewiz waaaaaaait, you didn't play Doom 2016? Oh man, definitely check it out, ESPECIALLY if you love Quake III. It's a damn shame the multiplayer is dead, because it's the closest we've come to a new Quake III Arena.

At least Quake II is thriving right now, though.

@codewiz I didn't like Doom Eternal nearly as much as Doom 16, but I still give it props for being *NATIVELY* compatible with Linux. An old Id tradition that still rules.

@dosnostalgic i have an ibm pc jr, which technically had TGA compatibility. Id be down to test for you.
