    @dosnostalgic Oh, 😮 like the others, I only knew about Blockout, which is from 1989.

    I had no luck trying to find info about these 2 games connection, but while I looked I found 2 interesting things, apparently BadiSoft also made a Pentris game already in 1990 and that there's an authorized open source version of BlockOut ("BlockOut II").

    @dosnostalgic I enjoyed this game so much as a kid! (and I'm pretty sure I only had a demo lol). Really nice to see a post about it here :)

    But well, let's see, only when the actual thing gets released we'll know for sure.

    @dosnostalgic Ohh tnx a lot for the info! I did wonder which versions they are.

    Tbh as long as they don't go way too crazy exaggerating the actual facts, I'm fine with it. Since these shots only take a few seconds (and the technical aspect isn't the priority) it's normal to not spend much time/money with them, especially if the licencing might've been harder.
