4. not moving away from github is supporting indirect fascism.
Microsoft said they are proud to support ICE. #GitHub is one of their product that makes microsoft look like a great company, since even 'all' the opensource devs are there.
The current situation requires to take position against any major company that supports ICE.

2. Yes, telling people to stay on GitHub after Microsoft's takeover makes you corporate minded.
3. Don't tell me there is no solution for those forks, cause there is. There are many possibilities, like mirroring or keep a copy, or those forks also moving away from GitHub.
You force people that don't want to to business with Microsoft (like me) to do business with Microsoft. That's also corporate minded.

fuxk, what a discourse. After #lifeline rescued and saved life of many refugees, a large part is now about punishing them for doing so.
Timm from #IB berlin calls them out for not doing it for humanitarian reason, but to force their 'no-border no nation' ideology onto others and that they are even causing more death.
IB had some month ago also a ship, but to push out refugees.
Guess what, they needed rescue service by themself.

@Gargron talked about this a week ago. Suggesting to use the one column mobile view (adjusting it for desktop use I presume) for new users. I think it's a good idea.

- improve list management
- make the 'bot' account role useful (like using it for filtering - maybe combining it with keyword mutes)
- Create a simple one column view for newbies (like you talked about)
And when are you going to move the main repo to source.joinmastodon.org?
Something for the next version:
- Using variable units (em/rem/%) instead of static units (px).
