HELP

A couple of weekends ago I watched High School Musical (first time ever, long story, different toot). At 1h22m40s -- 1h22m44s there's a scene where a piece of code is "uploaded" that delays a basketball game in the high school gym.

I recognize what the program is doing but I can't place the codebase or even the programming language (!?). Screenshots attached, full transcription to follow.

Can anyone give me a hand figuring this out? Please?

@jorge personally I use elfeed under emacs, but the one I recommend to others is Feedly.
