Oh, you can expand the RAM from 1KB to a whopping 48KB (!!!) by adding the parameter `-ramsize 49152`, nice :okfidget:

MAME has a lot of details that make it weird to get used to. Learning how to use it overall is already pretty hard, although they have a decent manual... that's incomplete. In particular, keyboard stuff is weird, and I've only found useful documentation at http://mess.redump.net/mess/howto#emulated_keyboard, which was more than enough to make some sense out of it.
Visiting ProjectMESS is mandatory (http://www.progettoemma.net/mess/system.php?machine=jupace), and oh boy what a mess. You can get the BIOS ROMs at http://www.forums1.jupiter-ace.co.uk/roms.html, but not the speaker's

I've just did something amazing.
I've learned how to use MAME to emulate the Jupiter Ace.
This is beautiful.

And unlike Y2K it's not like it was caused by a bad decision/accident in the past. This privacy stuff is just a mess of corporate and government decisions that were made WILLINGLY. -

I've seen surprisingly many people call GDPR "The new Y2K bug" because of how "It breaks everything"
I don't know how you got the idea to relate those two things. But just like the Y2K bug, all GDPR does is fix things by brute-force that shouldn't have been broken in the first place. -

@Sir_Boops I remember when this meme was sent to me for the first time... the "e" resounded so profoundly it striked my body and torn apart my heart and brain... I almost died

@King Algorithm change? It's rather about being so retarded, they're considering removing chronological subscriptions altogether.
