After doing some research when and which accounts are created on Todon.nl, we decided the following:

From now on registrations on Todon.nl are open, except between 2:00 and 11:00 Amsterdam time (between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. New York time).

People need an invitation link from an existing Todon.nl user to sign up during these hours.
