@RL_Dane @sirber @ferds Best of luck. Last year I managed to push my BMI below 25, but maintaining it has been a continuous struggle.

If I let go for just one week, it takes several weeks of austerity to go back below the overweight line. Now I'm at 23.5 and trying not to reward myself for the achievement with something that would undo it.
