    @thegibson Actually nothing that I can think of other than lack of experience for the job. But if we get a leader that demands we solve problems using math and science I'm all for it. This means a lot of popular policies will have to go away because popular does not mean good.

    @lain heh, well, obviously not... but we went a "hog wild" trying to fight the body image stuff from fashion/models being far too thin and -- in my opinion -- absolutely fucking nuts telling obese people they're fine and they should stay fat. And now anyone who looks too thin is immediately thought to have an eating disorder and shamed. They actually did stop selling adult women's clothing in very small sizes to discourage eating disorders.

They all know you're brilliant and doing real world implementations of stuff they're writing research papers on.... REACH OUT and they can help hook you up with other interested parties / investors.

    @phryk citizens giving other citizens their own money is NOT the solution. The solution is taxes & UBI & other social programs to lift people up.

    I guarantee you if I start handing my friends cash we will not be friends for long. It creates friction, will make them feel like they are indebted to me, will become a major issue if we ever have a disagreement on something, etc etc.

    Use your head.
