   I'm noticing this in the !Fediverse too. Partly, I blame it on my poor installation of GNUsocial, which doesn't reliably receive messages in conversations with people I'm definitely subscribed to. I think this happens mostly with people using Mastodon software. It's not helped that I can't subscribe to my own Fedgroups on http://sn.jonkman.ca/groups . Some people formerly active on GNUsocial instances have moved to Mastodon instances, and I'm no longer reliably receiving their messages. Other people have just left eg. @mk Marjolein and @ErkanYilmaz I'm subscribed to more people than ever, but I miss the old friends.

   But what do I do with http://sn.jonkman.ca/groups ? Do I leave the old (non-httpS) site running just to service the groups? Or do I re-create them on the new httpS site, and make everyone re-subscribe? It seems people don't really re-subscribe when groups change -- compare !coffee on vinilux (2657 subscribers) with !coffee on sn.jonkman.ca (39 subscribers).

   Hi !Fedgroups: I'm ready to take over some of @Vinilox's groups: !Conversations (and !Android IM client with #OMEMO) is at http://sn.jonkman.ca/group/conversations , I'm thinking !CyanogenMod can be replaced with !LineageOS at http://sn.jonkman.ca/group/lineageos/ and I'll absorb the bandwidth for !Coffee at http://sn.jonkman.ca/group/coffee/ If you're a member of these groups on https://status.vinilox.eu/groups you should leave those groups, then join the ones on http://sn.jonkman.ca/groups
