@tagomago Ah, it’s not refined wheat flour though, it’s buckwheat flour, which has quite a good nutrient profile. It’s a psuedocereal, like quinoa, rather than a grass seed. Nutritionally it’s more like a lower fat higher carb version of ground nuts.
Good B vitamin content, good mineral content, 15% of carbs from fiber, 95 kcal from flour in one 235 kcal muffin (rest is fruit, nuts, hemp seeds), well rounded amino acid profile. Also high in potentially helpful flavonoids quercitin and rutin.
