   HelloFresh appoints DPD to deliver their parcels to me. DPD manages to just drop my parcels on the street curb, not even ringing - even though I'm home waiting for it.

   Because I have the "audacity" to complain to HelloFresh about this practice, they have now blocked me from using their online support.

   That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you lose a four figure revenue per year. 👏👏👏

     HelloFresh. I can't complain to DPD, because I'm not their contractual partner.
