Hi! Can I get some help with two Rio de la Plata-style recipes?
1. Polenta - I want something savory and easy. Not merely polenta, but something added to it to make it tastier (I know there can be cheese and tomato sauce, but is there anything else?). I can try more difficult recipes later, but I need something basic to start with.
2. Baked fish milanesa - Yes, baked, not fried; and yes, fish, not beef. I want something healthy.
I don't have the language skills to search for this in Spanish, and I don't have the culinary skills to evaluate the authenticity of the dish. So I need your help. A link to a Spanish recipe is fine. I can use online translators to translate it to English. I just need a link to a good recipe.
Thanks!
