   It's a mental trap. You either believe in what you're building, in which case you build it to scale for millions of users. Or you don't believe in what you're building. In which case you stop working on it altogether.

     STOP PRETENDING YOU'RE AMAZON.

     Microservices? C'mon now.

     AWS? Be real.

     Kubernetes? Are you fucking kidding me?

     10k users could run on your second generation fitbit. By the time we approach that mark, we can figure out how to deal.
