     i basically used it for my final project and went through 4 zebra Gs in the process haha

     @fl0wn well i also kind of left platinum carbon black sitting in that jinhao for a month so it crusted up even more *hangs head in shame*
     
     after i got the daedalus i stopped looking at flex pens lol. not going for vintage because i don't trust myself, and the modern ones i heard don't flex as well as just using a zebra G (even the pilots with FA don't perform as well because their feed channel isn't wide enough to provide enough ink

     the jinhao worked fine for the few months that i had it but replacing the nibs just frustrated me to no end

     the sailor ones, however, only come in one size so that can't be helped..

     @tijagi in WA nibs the upturn is to prevent the tip from catching into the paper, making the writing smooth in any direction
     
     but if dip pen nibs with upturns are still catching on paper maybe that's not their function

     they just re-released another 8 colors, but there's not as much literature on those so i'm not jumping in just yet
