   @strypey There was a spanish fork of elgg called Lorea a few years back. It became very popular during the Spanish Revolution/Arab Spring. The Lorea devs said they had federation with Ostatus working, but I tried to make it work and it didn't. Then the project came to a nasty end about a year ago. The database was lost (or taken hostage), never recovered, and thousands of activists lost all their records, assembly acts, documents, forum contents etc, etc.
