     @herrabre @cwebber the fediverse has been a small world of familiar faces for the last decade. Mostly people who really cared about being independent and never liked the silos.

     @nicolasmaia @cwebber I think moving to P2P is distinctly possible. Perhaps something similar to gnusocial but just using files on IPFS in a very simple way. A lot of issues could disappear.
