   @bob The thing is that anybody can be an administrator. The CVN are in charge of creating the blocks and anybody can join that groups.

     @bob It's all centralized but it's centralized on a assembly. So as said, anybody can join in. Also, the faircoin is a little part of what the faircoop is. That's some accounts in here. @faircoop, @faircoopes. So you may want to ask them some questions.
