@bob Basically what appears to have changed from what I read into the story is now they are not just looking for criminal activity in documents, but also political activism.  They appear to be targetting activists that go against the establishment in the same way we recently saw this happen to many activist youtubers as well.  This seems entirely intentional and something they planned to do.
