Me: oh, the spider babies hatched.

H: you're... Very calm about that. How do you feel about the spider babies hatching? Also, WHAT spider babies!?

Me: well... There's spider babies all over the bed all of a sudden. Ergo, some babies must've just hatched.

H: ah. Yes, good point. Um.

Me: yeah. I'm gonna take a shower and some Benadryl. BRB.

H: oh gods now they're on my side of the Ben now!
