     @nat2 new accounts are allowed to be created allways, you name is your account, if you want new name, you need to registry it

     I think what happens is that when somebody tries to sign-up, they get an ERROR SIGN, but then the NICK is already 'REGISTERED' to that name therefore they don't have access! Definitely!!
