    It's EXTREMELY bad for them.

      @nuttgodd I never got through it but it's tranced (an additional horror of it) by being laid on its back, with a tap running on its belly
      It must think it's about to die, absolute torture for it

      They're extremely susceptible to shock
      Their GI tract can stop moving when they're stressed which is a death sentence
      Their fur is often so fine and dense it cannot dry, meaning they can be left cold and susceptible to hypothermia.

      All those 'cute' memes of rabbits being given baths is animals being mistreated. In the case of that one lying on its back in a sink, it's actually being tortured (it's tranced, cannot move, thinks it will die).

      @ted aside from just put them in a box with a towel, food and water somewhere warm, not really.

      Air will get them cold, handling them too much will increase stress. You wouldn't know if it's an emergency unless you kept a close eye and knew what to look for
