     7:48: I hike down to Wengwald to take the cog train to Kleine Scheidegg.

     My friend's kids, 6.5 and 4.5 years old, are riding the same train with their tiny bicycles to go to school. Usually, they're unaccompanied.

     In the winter, they'll go to school with their sleds 😲

     The next train runs the entire length in a tunnel carved into solid rock 😲

     There's a midway station at 3160m. The train makes a 5 min stop here, giving passengers a chance to take a tunnel to an observation deck with windows. But today the windows display a solid grey curtain of fog.

     @codewiz I didn't go to the Jungfraujoch but I went to the Schilthorn on a clear day. You could see all the way to France. It was really something.
