     I just used my Ender 3 v2 for printing the first useful thing! I had some trouble using my 10-year-old Logitech C310 webcam for streaming, since there is no way to adjust focus. After doing some research I found out that there actually is a little wheel for adjusting the lens inside the case (unreachable without opening the case). So I printed this case mod which lets me adjust the lens from outside and it really did a great job and doesn't even look bad!
