   It's fine to have personal favorites, but try not to cling to and identify with any language too much. They're just tools, not your family tradition. All of these 32 languages are pretty much fine, otherwise you wouldn't have heard of them and they wouldn't be on the list to begin with.

   Ruby: fine.
   PHP: fine, too.
