   It's funny that companies using an open office to save money are often the ones not willing to go full remote because they are worried it will hurt productivity.

     @fribbledom Our company is open workstations and we have been working from home. Recently it is hybrid and anyone can go in whenever they like. One day a week is enough for me to get the social interaction but it drains me. I get nothing done too.

     @fribbledom I hated working in an open office. What I definitely don't miss is smelling everybody's farts.

     @fribbledom i am confused now. i thought this was about open office floor plan, but after reading replies i guess it's about openoffice the software?
