      @fribbledom Sort of surprising because Stadia was impossible useless nonsense whereas Google are most famous for killing their best and most useful services. I give Google Search six months.

      @fribbledom "It delivered a console-quality experience without the space-consuming hardware". Yes, the space that a Wii/PS/Xbox takes up is really the problem that needed solving.

      The good news is they're at least doing the right thing and giving you refunds for all hardware and software you bought on Stadia.

      @sybren @fribbledom well that sucks. I won't buy expensive hardware just to play a couple of days throughout the year. Stadia worked pretty good for me.
